About Mr Kaizenex
Elmer Buscado is a Senior Consultant in Transformation and Process Excellence as well as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt practitioner with experience managing multi-million dollar projects in large multinational corporations. His background in data analytics, business intelligence, re-engineering, and project and change management has prepared him for a thorough but competitive approach.
Elmer is fueled by his passion for understanding the nuances of recent technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning. He considers himself a “forever student,” eager to build on his academic foundations in Electronics Engineering and Automation and stay in tune with the latest digital transformation solutions through continued coursework and professional development.
His hunger for knowledge and determination to turn ideas or information into action has contributed to his most recent success at EXL. There, he led multiple transformation projects and served as an excellent partner in the successful implementation of the first “Conversational.AI solutions”, converting unstructured call transcripts to structured data, providing in-depth analytics and insights to show the actual benefits of the solution while redirecting all stakeholders to the right source of information.
Meanwhile, he improved the productivity of operations by developing lean and six-sigma practitioners while coaching them in implementing operational excellence projects, addressing the non-value-adding activities, and improving key performance metrics of operations. Elmer believes being tech-savvy in the workplace is key to success, a tenet he lives out through his interests in RPA, Analytics, Hyperautomation, and Cloud Solutions.

We recently supported the organization and built performance-based modules for their Contact Center Training. Key pain points before the intervention is that they have high landing Handling Time and low landing quality scores for newly trained representatives. After the intervention, the handling time is lower by 6 minutes from the baseline, and quality scores are above the steady state targets.
